Rising Kites is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization. As a result of our work, we have provided encouragement and resources to over 2,600 families within the Down syndrome community and created employment opportunities for 8 individuals with intellectual disabilities—all with the goal of celebrating the GIFT of Down syndrome.
Our Impact
Rising Kites currently partners with 140 healthcare facilities around the United States and has distributed bags to over 2,700 families in all 50 states as well as 22 countries around the world.
As of February 2025, we have distributed 2,709 bags to families entering the Down syndrome community.
