In each Rising Kites bag, we provide information for families to access a password protected page containing profiles of families within the Down syndrome community along with information to connect families. It is our hope that families will be encouraged by others within the community and see how truly beautiful this life is.
If you would like to be included in our Rising Kites Community page please sign up using the form below. After you submit your information please use the link below the form to submit a family photo to include in your profile on the Community page. You will gain access to the page once you sign-up.

We will only privately share your email and/or phone number if you’ve permitted it in the instance that a family does not have social media but wants to be connected.
